Taiwan and the Netherlands have been cooperating on cybersecurity issues
since 2018. To create concrete and mutually beneficial opportunities for both parties, the Netherlands Office Taipei commissioned this research to explores the cybersecurity developments in Taiwan to identify the opportunities for future cooperation.
This research consists of three parts: cybersecurity developments in Taiwan and the Netherlands; opportunities, constraints, obstacles, and benefits for bilateral cooperation in cybersecurity; and recommended strategies and action plans for bilateral cooperation in cybersecurity.
